Victor is a Master Practitioner in NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy and also holds an MBA (Otago). Victor is of Māori descent of Te Rarawa Iwi in Northland.

He was awarded one of 10 AMP scholarships in 2002 from over 700 applicants and was further awarded one of 2 Premium AMP scholarships from those 10 winners for his work on a community based organic farming project in Northland.

He has 10 years of management experience for a European multi-national; seven years of these in senior management, and has led various change management projects.

Victor has also managed his own successful start-up companies before deciding on pursuing his passion for coaching. Victor believes that we all have the resources within us to achieve everything that we want; it is just a matter of accessing them and having lots of fun along the way.
