Colin Wilson

Colin is a qualified primary school Teacher (QTS Status) has a BSc (hons) in Sports Science

Colin has a unique blend of inter/intrapersonal and motivational skills that make him very adaptable in working with people of all ages and backgrounds. With a passion for personal development and achievement, his natural abilities and approachability lend him perfectly to training adults and children in Diversity and other areas.

Colin currently runs a specialised Diversity Workshop for teenagers who have greater challenges than most to overcome as they develop useful skills to help them move forward in life.

Qualifying as a Primary School Teacher, Colin has implemented training schemes in mediation and communication for children as well as delivering Diversity training to children, young adults and staff. Over the past five years in this role, he has been instrumental in setting up sports coaching and training schemes for children as well as innovative behaviour management strategies that have transformed the school environment.

Colin has also worked on a voluntary basis for many years as an Events Organiser for Disability Sport Events, sharing his vast experience and skills in communicating with events staff and disabled athletes.

Colin has an amazing energy, especially when working with young people. He is completely dedicated to facilitation growth in others and allowing them to discover their full potential in an ever changing world.
